What is Basque Cuisine?

Basque cuisine originates from Basque Country, a region between north central Spain and south western France. Our cuisine is the heart of our culture, influenced by neighboring communities and the bountiful produce from the sea and land. Epi’s A Basque Restaurant is proud to share an important aspect of our Basque heritage with time-honored recipes from Grandma Epi.

Epi’s Basque Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant in central Meridian. Founded in 1999, we are passionate about Basque cuisine and strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and freshest food possible. Our menu features a variety of traditional Basque dishes, as well as some of our own signature creations developed over the years. Our team of experienced staff also offer catering services for special events, making us the perfect choice for any occasion. We welcome you to come and experience the flavors of the Basque Country right here at Epi’s Basque Restaurant.
From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll be treated like family and served traditional Basque fare that melts in your mouth.
